Salez et poivrez.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez la friteuse sans huile Frifri \u00e0 120 \u00b0C pendant 3 minutes.<\/li><li>Hachez finement les amandes et le romarin frais. Versez-les dans un r\u00e9cipient et ajoutez la chapelure. <\/li><li>Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient, battez l\u2019\u0153uf \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette. <\/li><li>Trempez la couronne d\u2019agneau dans l\u2019\u0153uf battu, \u00e9gouttez-la, puis enrobez-la du m\u00e9lange d\u2019amandes, de romarin et de chapelure.<\/li><li>Placez la couronne d\u2019agneau enrob\u00e9e dans le panier de votre friteuse sans huile et refermez le tiroir.<\/li><li>Ajustez la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 120\u00b0C et le minuteur sur 25 minutes. <\/li><li>Une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e, faites dorer la cro\u00fbte en ajustant la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 200 \u00b0C pendant 15 minutes.<\/li><li>D\u00e8s que le signal sonore retentit, retirez l\u2019agneau du panier et emballez-le dans la feuille de papier aluminium.
