M\u00e9langez une tasse de jus de citron dans 250 ml d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de et faites-y tremper vos aliments pendant 10 minutes. Notez que ce type de traitement influence le go\u00fbt de vos aliments et leurs apportera une touche d\u2019acidit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire.
