Pure chocolade Earl Grey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Neem getempereerde chocolade uit de tempereermachine.<\/li>
  2. Breng in een steelpan verse room aan de kook. Draai het vuur uit en laat de thee 10 minuten trekken. Voeg de honing toe aan de warme room en roer tot alles volledig is opgelost.<\/li>
  3. Giet 1\/3 van dit mengsel op de chocolade. Roer met een houten of plastic lepel, steeds vanuit het midden van de kom. Voeg nog 1\/3 toe en breng beetje bij beetje de vloeibare chocolade van de randen naar het midden. Voeg het laatste 1\/3 deel toe en blijf roeren tot u een gladde en glanzende massa verkrijgt.<\/li>
  4. Doe alles in de mixer voor een perfecte emulsie.<\/li>
  5. Voeg de met limoen op smaak gebrachte suiker aan het mengsel toe en roer voorzichtig.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Limoensuiker <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Rasp de schil van een onbehandelde limoen en vermeng met het sap.<\/li>
    2. Giet het sap over twee eetlepels suiker en meng tot een glad mengsel.<\/li>
    3. Spreid het mengsel over een vel vetvrij papier of bakpapier en laat een nacht rusten om de suiker te laten opdrogen.<\/li>
    4. Scheid de volgende dag de kristallen voorzichtig met een vork om ze in de massa op te lossen zonder klonters.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
